DeadMan's Handle pricing
All prices indicated here are in UK Pounds and are exclusive of UK VAT (which is currently 17.5%). We can currently only accept UK Pounds - your credit card will convert the amount to your local currency. The pricing structure is straightforward.
Single licenses: £29.78 each (£34.99 with VAT).
50 licenses: £1,429.50 per 50, and £28.59 per extra license.
For greater volumes please contact us. We are happy to give demonstrations and host discussions for corporate customers.
Delivery
After purchase from this site you will be eMailed with details on how to download your licence and access the secure parts of the site. Ten and larger packs can also be purchased and downloaded from here, but will always have a CD copy mailed as well. Note that the full version of DeadMan's Handle is not copy protected: we trust our customers!
Support
DeadMan's Handle is fully supported by eMail. In addition, purchase and registration allows access to the secure portion of the site, where further tools and support documents are available.
Corporate customers may wish to take out an added telephone level support contract, the costs of which are related to the volume of licenses. Please contact us if this is required.

Upgrading
DeadMan's Handle is currently at version 1.4. All 1.x upgrades are free to registered purchasers. There will, however, be a charge to upgrade to version 2.0. In general, this is the policy: all minor upgrades are free; major new versions will attract an upgrade charge (which will be significantly discounted as compared to buying a new licence).
We also guarantee upgrade protection: any purchaser who buys a license within 90 days of the release of the next major version will be upgraded at no charge.
Refunds and Cancellation
You can use the trial version of DeadMan's Handle for 30 days before it deletes itself. If you then purchase the full product you may cancel and ask for a refund any time for up to 7 days after purchase. You will be asked to formally confirm that you will not use the program after receiving the refund.
